Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our solar product sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, team management, and a solid understanding of the solar or electrical sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base. Identify and engage with new business prospects including distributors, dealers, institutions, and end-users. Lead a team of sales executives, assign targets, and provide training and motivation. Coordinate with technical and installation teams to deliver customer solutions. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and local marketing activities. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or electrical industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of MNRE policies, solar EPC models, and net metering will be an advantage. Ability to manage a sales team and work independently under pressure.
