Role Description Key Responsibilities Assist in compiling, organizing, and archiving programme data, case studies, and best practices. Support in writing and editing internal and external reports, success stories, and communication materials. Help create engaging presentations and visual reports using Canva and other tools. MIS Tracking & Data Support Collect, clean, and verify programme-related data from field teams and maintain MIS dashboards. Work closely with the M&E team to ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation. Flag inconsistencies or gaps in data and support follow-up for resolution. Coordinate with field teams to gather inputs, stories, and feedback for reports and evaluations. Support in scheduling and documentation of review meetings, evaluations, and learning events. Assist in maintaining calendars, checklists, and deadlines related to reporting and M&E processes. Professional & Educational Qualifications Bachelor s/Master s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field. Strong writing and communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language an asset). Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and data visualization. Strong data analysis skills and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data under tight timelines. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
