Overview: PRS Neurosciences and Mechatronics Research Institute Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Ayurveda therapist with a solid background in Ayurvedic practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our esteemed team on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations and assessments using Ayurvedic principles to understand clients' health conditions and objectives.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic regimens based on individual client needs, focusing on holistic health and well-being.
• Administer various Ayurvedic therapies and treatments, including:
• Abhyanga (oil massage)
• Shirodhara (oil pouring treatment)
• Panchakarma therapies (detoxification and rejuvenation treatments)
• Herbal remedies and dietary recommendations
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate clients on Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle modifications, and wellness practices to support their overall health goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client consultations, treatments provided, and progress notes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the institute to ensure integrated client care.

Requirements:

• 2nd PUC or Diploma in Ayurveda Practices (DAP) or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience as an Ayurveda therapist, preferably in a clinical or wellness setting.
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, therapies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and deliver compassionate care.
• Detail-oriented approach to client assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
