Ayurveda Formulator

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Ayurveda Formulator to design and develop innovative, safe, and effective herbal formulations for our sexual wellness product line. The role requires deep knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, herbs, and their modern applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop formulations for supplements, oils, capsules, and other wellness products.
• Research and validate Ayurvedic herbs with modern clinical references.
• Ensure formulations meet safety, efficacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with R&D and quality teams to take products from lab to market.
• Maintain proper documentation of formulations, stability testing, and trial results.
• Collaborate with regulatory team for AYUSH licensing and approvals.

Requirements:

• BAMS / MD Ayurveda or equivalent qualification.
• 3–7 years of experience in Ayurvedic product formulation (FMCG, nutraceuticals, wellness).
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology of herbs and modern validation techniques.
• Experience in working with regulatory standards (AYUSH, FSSAI).
• Innovative mindset with the ability to blend traditional knowledge with modern science.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
