JD | Accounts Executive Brief on the Job Position The Accounts Executive is one of the key positions in Ayekart. The objective of the position is to ensure smooth day in day out financial operations of the organization in accordance with the financial compliance and regulatory requirements. Scope of Work The Accounts Executive will be responsible for the banking operations and handling the fund transfer processes with banks. S/He is also expected to support in assessing the client’s financials for credit facility. Regular interaction /coordination would be required with clients and operations team. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Ensure day to day banking operations like fund transfer process i.e., NEFT/RTGS/ cheques etc. with banks. Maintain and update the books of accounts on regular basis. Keep record of GST, TCS, Income TDS returns etc. Maintain Sales / Purchase register to keep track of assets. Coordinate with clients and team for ledger reconciliation. Keep payment tracks. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any other relevant discipline. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting. Have in-depth understanding of the financial operations Working knowledge of MS Excel knowledge Skills and Core Competencies A. Essential Proficiency in dealing with financial matters. Understand critical attributes of financial regulations. Ability to read & analyse financial statements and ratio analysis. Good acumen of technology and automation. Good command on Excel. Tally and other related software. B. Desirable Good interpersonal communication and team building skills in order to keep team motivated and productive. Meet work deadlines without constant detailed supervision. • Accuracy, precision and attention to detail. Reporting • The Accounts Executive shall report to the Manager Finance, Ayekart. S/He will seek guidance and directions from Manager Finance.
