Don't do home loan BT from them ever. They charge you interest from date of DD rather when funds have been withdrawn.plus their customer support , branch executives, senior management at different levels (even NCR HEAD) are non responsive …

Most of the desks are always vacant. Waiting time is way too much because of this reason. Bank representatives are not knowledgeable enough to expedite any process.

Absolutely ridiculous and outright disrespectful.
I had to visit thrice for loan closure and came to know that the issue could have been resolved on first day. Because of irresponsible executive i had to pay one month interest extra.
