Worst ever services of Axis Mutual fund. Trying to STOP SIP last 3 months. Visited Axis bank branch and sent ONLINE request multiple times. Still SIP haven't been stopped. Now decided to CLOSE the AXIS BANK SAVING ACCOUNT.

Wroste service ever. No body resolve the problem. Third class service, in between they people cut the call and not able to give answer, facing issue since 5 month to stop my SIP started with axis.

Worst service ever.. higher authorities should ask about why customers' works are delayed.. after 1 month on call they are saying that "we are accelerating your application" so what were they doing for past 30 days !!?????? Very bad …

Axis Mutual funds have one of the best performing funds in their list. But I am completely disappointed by the employees of this branch. They will talk with you rudely. They don’t seem to be interested in new customers.

They Couldn't provide solutions, very slow service, lack of knowledge employee. They didn't provide solution in one visit to elder peoples.
