Job Description

Client of Alp Consulting which is a 30 years old, headquartered in Edison, NJ. They have a global team of ~6400 associates, with engineers in 14 major delivery centers across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Work mode: Remote (Can work from Anywhere in India)

Qualification: Any graduation (Fulltime & Regular)

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Role: AWS Native DevOps Tools Architect

Required skills/experience:

10+ years of Experience in a Hands-on core AWS DevSecOps Architect role and experience
Help client define the scope of the Architecture, and implementation
- Define the foundation architecture
- Implementing Foundation architecture up to production
- Meeting application team to identify requirements, create checklists for application onboarding for future implementation and onboarding of applications with the help of a different SOW
MUST have experience in architecting from scratch AWS DevSecOps ecosystem
Identify and review existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles and Identify Service Control Policies (SCP)
Help define organization structure, account structure, operations, security, governance, and compliance to support a more granular AWS multi-account structure
Develop minimum-security baseline (MSB) for identity and access management (IAM) to support a granular self-service AWS multi-account structure
Define the AWS Organizations organizational unit (OU) structure
Conduct a Value Stream Mapping exercise showing steps from Commit to Production
Create a blueprint for the Multi-account CI/CD Pipelines
Design blueprint for Integration with existing onprem DevSecOps tooling
Define the blueprint and create patterns for automated end to end deployment, split the build, and deploy
Define Branching Strategy to:
- Implement Feature Branch Pipeline.
- Implement Hot Fix Pipeline.
- Ensure only code from main branch is passing through the Approval gateway for production, other branches should not.

Create a blueprint for gated pipelines for SonarQube scans
Assess and streamline user onboarding to AWS DevSecOps accounts
Develop chargeback model for the DevSecOps implementation and application onboarding
Aid in streamlining the entire AWS Framework including IaC, Application and DevSecOps Design using the environment variables based on organization structure
Evaluate, recommend, and design the process for upgrades and maintenance.

Certification in AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional is a must
Good Presentation, Coordination, Documentation and Client facing skills
