Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
ETL pipelines
using
AWS Glue
,
PySpark
, and other AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, etc.)
Build and maintain scalable
data lakes
and
data warehouses
using
AWS S3
,
Athena
,
Redshift
, and
Glue Data Catalog
Automate data integration from various structured and unstructured sources
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for performance and cost-efficiency
Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand data requirements
Implement data quality, governance, and security practices in alignment with best practices
Document data workflows, schemas, and technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably with cloud platforms
Strong experience in
AWS Glue (ETL jobs, crawlers, and workflows)
Proficiency in
PySpark
,
Python
, and
SQL
Experience with
AWS services
: S3, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, IAM, Athena, Redshift, Glue Data Catalog
Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data lake concepts
Hands-on experience with
data pipeline orchestration
and performance tuning
Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git) and Agile methodologies
