CWIP) or AWS Certification In welding inspection and NDT level II is certification mandatory Scope of Inspection : NDT and Welding Inspection on Site ( Power Plant / Oil and Gas pipe / Boiler inspection ) Production Volume : NDT welding Inspection is dependent on customer QAP, with an approximate output of 30 stands per month. Supplier Location: Tarapur , MIDC, Mumbai. Inspection reports with finding and Discrepancies. Non Compliance reports and recommendations for corrective actions. Documentation of test results (e.g., NDT reports). Certificates of inspection for material and processes. Reports and Documents Required as per Annexure 1. Technical: 1. Raw Material Test Certificate of all parts 2. Raw Material Ultrasonic Testing 3. Welding Inspection reports 4. Temp. & time monitoring of arms 5. Dimensional report of all parts 6. Dye penetrant test of all weld joints 7. Magnetic particle Inspection of all arms 8. Ultrasonic Test of all arms 9. Pre dispatch checklist 10. Plating certificate 11. Passivation certificate 12. Glass bead certificate 13. QF-186 form 14. Certificate of Conformance 15. Traceability record of all child parts 16. Calibration documents of all instruments 17. Paint Skydrol test 18. Paint gloss meter reading 19. Proof Load 20. Fit and function check 21. Load test Develops, maintains, and verifies implementation of the quality assurance plan and procedure. He must conduct Inspection as per approved Quality Assurance Coordinates with clints and stake holders for inspection planning. Performing qualification activity related to WPS, PQR and welder qualification. Witnessing NDT testing Evaluate RT/UT reports. To provide technical expertise on all NDT matters as required on projects. Identify quality problems, initiate documented action and verifies implementation of solutions. Documentation as per QAP Knowledge of Basic welding processors like GTAW , SMAW and welding defects.
