Job Description

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering, automating, and orchestrating system provisioning and maintenance processes using modern cloud tools and technologies. Your role will involve designing and building technical solutions on Cloud platforms while planning, designing, and developing cloud-based solutions to meet the needs of new initiatives. You will work towards building scalable, distributed, and high-performance computing cloud-based platform solutions on AWS, Google, Azure, or other cloud platforms. Collaborating with solutions architects, you will ensure that cloud environments are managed in accordance with NTT DATA's security guidelines. Your responsibilities will include deploying and debugging Cloud initiatives as needed, following best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will perform system administration tasks such as configuration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and support, with a focus on automation wherever possible. Your role will also involve installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting applications and servers in public cloud environments. This includes handling operating system and software application installation, patching, and upgrades. You will be responsible for educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives and providing necessary training. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by monitoring systems and through the ticketing system. You will ensure that all issues are fully documented with actions taken and steps for resolution. Additionally, you will perform any other tasks as defined, planned, and approved by leadership.,
