AWS Cloud Solution Architect

Job Title

• Deliver hands-on training sessions, workshops, and technical bootcamps on AWS core and advanced services.
• Develop comprehensive learning paths, training materials, and assessments tailored for junior engineers.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and technical mentorship to ensure consistent skill growth and confidence among junior team members.
• Guide junior engineers through real-world use cases, best practices, and architecture patterns on AWS.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous learning.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to align training content with project needs and organizational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS services, certifications, and best practices to ensure training is relevant and up to date.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture, administration, and solutioning.
• AWS certifications such as

  AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional/Associate)

  ,

  AWS DevOps Engineer

  , or

  Advanced Networking

  .
• Proven experience in

  mentoring

  leading technical teams

  , particularly junior engineers.
• Strong knowledge of services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, and ECS/EKS.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like
