AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer - SSE

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AWS Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and Linux administration, along with hands-on experience in GitLab CI/CD, cloud troubleshooting, and infrastructure automation. Exposure to Kubernetes, PCS clusters, and SAP environments is a significant plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure and scalable cloud infrastructure to support enterprise workloads.Key Responsibilities:6-8 years of experienceDesign, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.Automate configuration management using Ansible Playbooks and Ansible Tower.Perform Linux system administration including patching and troubleshooting.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLabTroubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud platforms, services, and infrastructure components.Support container orchestration and deployment using Kubernetes (preferred).Work with PCS clusters for high availability and failover configurations (knowledge is a plus).Collaborate with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams to support SAP workloads in cloud environments.Maintain infrastructure documentation and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Amazon Dynamo DB, Lambda etc.).Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.Experience with Ansible and Ansible Tower.Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud and infrastructure issues.Solid background in Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS).Experience in GitLab CI/CD , Branching and version control best practices.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Exposure to SAP environments and cloud-based SAP infrastructure support.Knowledge on other cloud technologies (GCP/Azure ) is a plusAWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect/Associate/SysOps ).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).Knowledge of PCS cluster setup and management.Scripting skills in Bash or Python.Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
