Job Title: AWS Cloud Architect Cloud Migration Specialist Location: Greater Noida Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced AWS Cloud Architect with deep expertise in cloud migration to lead the design and execution of enterprise-scale migration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting cloud strategies, designing target architectures, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex migrations from on-premises or other cloud platforms to AWS. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of cloud migration strategies for enterprise workloads. Assess existing infrastructure, applications, and data to develop migration roadmaps and target state architectures. Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AWS solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams during migration execution. Leverage AWS migration tools (e.g., AWS MGN, DMS, Migration Hub) and third-party solutions to streamline migration processes. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements throughout the migration lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Document architectural decisions, best practices, and lessons learned. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture with a strong focus on AWS. Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migration projects. Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudTrail. Strong understanding of migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor) and tools (MGN, DMS, Snowball). Expertise in networking, security, and identity management in AWS. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: WS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (or equivalent). Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring). Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finan
