AVP/VP Data Quality (Life Insurance Domain)

As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) or Vice President (VP) of Data Quality in the Life Insurance Domain based in Mumbai, you will utilize your 10+ years of experience in the field to lead critical data quality initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, regulatory reporting, and seamless system reconciliations within core life insurance operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and accurate submission of valuation, Policy Administration System (PAS), and inventory reports. You will be tasked with analyzing data discrepancies, conducting root cause analysis, and coordinating with development teams to resolve issues. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical teams will be essential to ensure smooth reporting workflows. Additionally, monitoring reconciliations and implementing best practices in data governance will be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 10-20 years of experience in the Life Insurance sector. Proficiency in PL/SQL and Policy Administration Systems, such as Ingenium, is crucial. A proven track record in managing large-scale data quality and reconciliation processes is required. An analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
