AVP/DVP/Senior Manager Trade finance

You will be responsible for executing and improving processes related to Trade Finance products and features. Your role will require a thorough understanding of the existing Trade Finance products, processes, and systems. You should be familiar with reviewing notifications from regulatory authorities for smooth implementation of process guidelines. Additionally, you will be involved in project management for the WBO. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand and review existing processes and system functionality. - Draft notes for management approval, user communication, circulars, etc. - Create Operational Processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other reference material. - Implement controls to mitigate financial loss and identify areas for automation. - Design manual and system controls to mitigate risks and gaps in operations. - Ensure processes are SOX compliant and seek feedback for process improvement. - Understand user requirements for system improvements and raise detailed system requirement notes. - Conduct system testing and coordinate with various teams for system rollouts. - Manage internal and external stakeholders and communicate changes effectively. - Provide support to operations for process-related clarifications and release advisories to branches. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation and Post-Graduation. - NISM (DOCE) and JAIIB / CAIIB (Optional). - Knowledge of FEMA guidelines, Banking Products & Processes, Planning and Organizing Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry, Vendor/Client Management. You should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, with exposure to Operations, Product, Policy, and Risk. Experience in the Banking Trade Finance domain is preferred.,
