AVP - Liquid Financing Client Strategy

Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Liquid Financing Client Strategy at Barclays, you will collaborate closely with product and coverage businesses to develop and deliver valuable data and analytic content. Your role will involve working with developers and business consumers to present complex qualitative and quantitative data in meaningful ways to drive commercial outcomes. You will be based out of NKP in Mumbai and play a crucial role in enabling business success and assisting senior leaders in navigating complex challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business and senior leadership to align business strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. - Act as a liaison between different business units to foster communication and collaboration. - Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimize business processes. - Improve operational efficiency by identifying areas for enhancement, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices. - Develop performance reporting for key metrics supporting strategic objectives and external commitments. - Provide support to business heads in partnership with HR on hiring, workforce planning, and other HR actions. Qualifications Required: Basic/ Essential Qualifications: - Proficiency in synthesizing information and storytelling. - Experience in delivering high-quality presentations for senior management. - Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint and data visualization. - Ability to provide strategic decision support. Desirable Skillsets/Good to Have: - Capability to develop clear and compelling messaging for key points communication. - Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information. - Skill in refining large volumes of data into concise, actionable insights. - Ability to conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and insights. - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion. - Proficient in collaborating with team members to ensure alignment and efficiency. - Familiarity with identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver Market Performance MI for Senior Management effectively.
