Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team at Citi, working with the North America Consumer bank information management team to provide reporting and business insights support. Your role will involve using cutting-edge data, analytical, and modeling tools to help the business monitor and optimize various business strategies, campaigns, and portfolio actions. You will work on assessing campaign impacts, opportunity sizing, process efficacy, and deploying business intelligence tools to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex datasets for analysis and validation, utilizing programming tools like SQL, SAS, and SAS Macro - Have a good understanding of credit card business financials, including P&L items, interest rates, fees, interchange, penalties, and rewards points - Analyze credit card portfolios and optimize rewards and reengineering strategies - Collaborate with business partners to design and propose solutions, track project validation process, and understand strategic priorities - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Communicate complex information effectively and diplomatically, with developed communication and diplomacy skills Qualifications Required: - Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or another quantitative field with strong relevant industry experience - 8-13 years of relevant experience in analytics and information management - Advanced process management skills, detail-oriented, and organized - Curiosity for learning and developing new skill sets, with a positive outlook and can-do mindset - Understanding of statistics and probabilities - Good communication skills, ability to write proper documentation, and work well in a team - Ability to work independently on projects without continuous supervision - Experience in working with credit cards and retail banking products is a plus - Control-oriented and risk-aware Additional Details: The Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team at Citi was established in 2003 with locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai.
