Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the CFCR Reporting Team responsible for generating risk reports covering key metrics across the risk for the Group. Your role will involve preparing dashboards for CFCR across the Group, Clusters, and markets, actively participating in initiatives aligned to Functions of the Future, enhancing existing/implementing new dashboarding capabilities, ensuring efficient transition of initiatives completed in project phase to BAU mode, identifying and enhancing efficiencies in capacity utilization, managing the EA reporting alongside standard ownership responsibilities, implementing data-driven insights in reporting, and ensuring adherence to policy/standard requirements in the reported metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the Banks Strategy and ensure alignment of objectives with a focus on FoF - Regularly connect with stakeholders to maintain nil expectation mismatch - Review and enhance processes to identify efficiency without compromising on controls - Encourage and retain talent with capabilities expected for BAU aligned to FoF initiatives - Ensure alignment to policies and procedures including Data Privacy and sovereignty guidelines - Monitor timely and escalate early where required with Nil deviation on control requirements - Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct - Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct - Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters collaboratively - Liaise with Group and Country CFCR teams, BCBS Central Teams, and Technology partners Qualifications: Education: - Post Graduation, With A Risk Based Qualification Preferred Certifications: - Risk Related (Like Frm)/ Technical Knowledge To Initiate Automations About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank that has been making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees for over 170 years.
