Hotel rooms and location is good, but the main problem in winters is - THE HOT WATER - they have solar - so getting hot water is a tough task. We syaed for 3 days but did not get HOT WATER for bath.

Worst experience, poor quality of service provided no water, no gyser working, power cut for almost an hour. Receptionist behaviour is also poor. The rooms size is very small.
