First time stayed at Novotel had a wonderful stay . Came for birthday celebration we had a very pleasant stay. The staff decorated the room and gave us a complimentary sweets and cake with was a great gesture. Must visit hotel. The food is delicious and the location is great. Spacious room and good service from the staff.

Mani was amazing and very helpful. I had no issues with my room and if I needed anything She was always there to help. Most days when I was tiredi was very happy to see that she cleaned the room perfectly and last but not least she made sure that I had a smile on my face with her creativity

Mani Reena Shankar was really good at her job she cleaned the room really well and put extra effort into her job. She was always smiling and happy. Even when they saw me in the hallway they always stopped what they were doing and would give me greetings and a big smile. Very hard worker

Excellent cleaning and service by staff. They take care of of us very well and are extremely friendly with us. Mani camker and Teena is a great house keeper and clean the rooms very well and leave everything tidy for us. Food is fantastic here as well

prathap was really amazing individual helping us throughout to bring our taste buds to life. He is very hospitable and kind in all gestures. I visited with my 6 year son. prathap and entire staff was very kind towards managing my kid. I am definitely looking forward to meet and visit prathap and team again soon.

Service was great and came back to an extremely clean room and Mani made sure I had a great stay for my entire duration of the visit. Room service was also excellent and served great food. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming again soon.
