Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Provide regular updates and reports on customer status and service performance. Order and Service Coordination: Schedule and manage customer orders, including quoting, order tracking, and delivery coordination. Raise and manage work orders (WO) and ensure timely completion of service tasks. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical issues. Technical and Operational Support: Facilitate resolution of technical issues between workshops and customers. Provide support for RFQs (Request for Quotes) and warranty claims. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and documentation. Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Gross Margin. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
