The role involves coordinating and supporting training programs across multiple aviation domains. You will help manage daily training activities, assist trainers and ensure trainees receive smooth and professional learning support.
Coordinate sessions for Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Hospitality and Travel Management courses
Prepare training rooms, materials and daily schedules
Support trainers during theory and practical sessions
Maintain trainee records, attendance and assessment details
Communicate updates, instructions and exam schedules to trainees
Assist in organizing grooming sessions, mock drills and airport simulations
Handle administrative work related to enrollment, certificates and exams
Ensure all training follows academy and aviation standards
Required Skills & Knowledge
Cabin Crew Training knowledge
Ground Staff Training knowledge
Hospitality Management understanding
Aviation and Travel Management concepts
Ability to manage Combo Courses (multiple subjects)
Good communication and presentation
Strong coordination and time-management
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Qualifications
Graduate in any field
Aviation or hospitality certification preferred
Fresher or 12 years experience in training support or coordination
