As a Desktop Support Technician at Tesla, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of Teslas IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving endpoint issues, installing and supporting systems, and contributing to the day-to-day operations to facilitate Teslas global IT initiatives. You will be expected to deliver technical support for desktop applications, telephones, printers, computer hardware, mobile devices, and AV systems through phone, ticketing system, and onsite support.
