VOIP Expert

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to actively support the team through various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be tasked with exploring alternative solutions through research, such as literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations, to develop proof of concepts (POCs). Additionally, you will be required to create requirement specifications based on business needs, define processes, and detailed functional designs. Supporting the configuration of solution requirements, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives will also be part of your role. Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers is essential. Your expertise in Technology Network VoIP, Cisco VoIP, and your ability to work with clients to address business challenges, refine data, and stay updated on the latest technologies will be critical. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and industry domain knowledge will also be beneficial.
