We are currently looking for an Avaya Communication Manager with the following mandatory skills: Location: Hyderabad and Pune Shift: US shift Minimum of 7-10+ years of Avaya experience, including G450 gateways, S8700s, S8800s PBXs, Aura Messaging, Octel, Modular Messaging, CMS, Avaya OneX communicator, and agent, as well as Verint Call Recording Ability to manage escalations of Collaboration/Video issues, prioritize and respond to tickets appropriately Provide training on Avaya OneX Communicator, OneX Agent, and AV equipment Act as a resource for problem resolution, solving the most difficult and complicated technical problems in the Telephony and Video environment Utilize knowledge of current systems to promote beneficial capabilities and leverage the use of the system's features Provide Senior Level technical support to Voice Team, Local IT, and Business Units Manage Firmware updates on PBXs and Reboots In addition to the mandatory skills, the ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience as an Avaya Communication Manager.
