We are looking for a skilled and reliable Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood and other pathology samples from patients at their homes. The ideal candidate should have excellent patient-handling skills, knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, and the ability to maintain accuracy, hygiene, and safety protocols during home visits. Key Responsibilities: • Visit patients' homes as per the scheduled appointments to collect blood, urine, or other pathology samples • Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of collected samples • Ensure sample collection is done following aseptic and safety protocols • Transport samples securely and promptly to the laboratory for testing • Maintain accurate records of collections, timings, and reports submitted • Provide a calm and reassuring presence, especially with elderly, pediatric, or anxious patients • Maintain confidentiality and follow all healthcare data protection regulations • Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and lab coordinators • Manage the stock of phlebotomy supplies and report usage and shortages
