Job Description:

  • Role Overview: As an AV & End User Support Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining AV infrastructure, supporting end-user devices, and collaborating with global IT teams to uphold service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive checks of AV and conferencing equipment
  • Provide live, in-person technical support during meetings
  • Manage inventory and update asset systems
  • Decommission outdated equipment and maintain documentation
  • Support laptops, mobile devices, and basic hardware/software tasks
  • Participate in IT rollouts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with ServiceDesk and international support teams

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years in AV/meeting room and end-user IT support
  • Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, Windows 10/11, Office 365, iOS
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Experience in global support and 24/7 environments
