AV Design Consultant

As an AV Design Consultant at Power Bridge, you will play a crucial role in providing pre-sales support, creating effective AV solutions, and collaborating closely with clients to meet their audiovisual needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their AV requirements, designing comprehensive AV solutions based on client specifications, and working with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest AV technologies and products, collaborate with vendors to understand product features, and work closely with sales teams to develop proposals and presentations for clients. Additionally, you will conduct system testing and quality assurance checks on AV solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audiovisual Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience in AV pre-sales support and design engineering. Proficiency in using AV design software and tools, a strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, and excellent communication and presentation skills are also required. Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, familiarity with control systems like Crestron and AMX, and project management skills for coordinating AV installations are preferred.
