You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Embedded Software development, with at least 3 years working with Classic or Adaptive AUTOSAR software architecture design. Your experience should include working with Classic Autosar on a minimum of two stacks such as CAN, Ethernet, Diag, NVM, among others, and Adaptive Autosar on a minimum of two SWCL COM, DM, EM, PER, among others. Proficiency in C/C++ programming in a multi-process, multi-threaded development environment is a must. Your primary skills should include Embedded Software development, Adaptive Autosar, and proficiency in C/C++ programming. Secondary skills such as Rhapsody, Enterprise architecture, and Design architecture would be beneficial. As a software engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will work in the area of Software Engineering, which involves the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. You will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, and be responsible for developing and applying software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. Your role will require original thought, judgement, and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. You will continuously build on your skills and expertise in the software engineering discipline to meet the standard expectations for the applicable role. Your collaboration and teamwork skills are crucial as you will be working closely with other software engineers and stakeholders. Verbal communication and proficiency in C++ are essential competencies for this role.
