Automotive Trainer

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Delivery

- Impart practical skills to trainees in auto repair and service industry.
- Ensure trainee safety and effective operation of equipment in the workshop.- Develop and deliver training materials, modules, PPTs, and demonstrations.- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, practical tests, and feedback.- Stay updated with latest automotive trends, EV technologies, BS VI systems, and industry best practices.

2. Automobile Workshop & Lab Management

- Manage and upgrade automotive training labs, tools, and equipment as per industry standards.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of training consumables, spare parts, and lab materials.- Maintain equipment in good working condition through preventive maintenance.- Introduce new technologies, simulators, and diagnostic tools in the training lab.

3. Collaboration & Mobilization

- Collaborate with management to assess training needs and implement effective strategies.
- Mobilize candidates through referrals, outreach, and awareness sessions.- Network with industries, service centers, and OEMs for OJT, industrial visits, and placement opportunities.

4. Administration & Compliance

- Prepare and maintain training records, attendance, and trainee performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to training quality, safety standards, and compliance norms.- Support in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
