Job Description

We are seeking an experienced candidate for the position of ODC Manager Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of Automotive Projects Leading/Executing/Delivering key automotive projects within timeline, budget, and quality for OEMs. Expert in Risk Management , Stakeholder Interaction, Project status preparation and tracking, deliverables tracking, Root Cause analysis on Customer/Internal defects, Productivity Improvements, Providing Resolution, and Implementing Best Practices. Good experience in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Defect Management Tools and Internal Project, Management tools, Doors, SVN. Very good process expertise such as ASPICE, Agile, Waterfall models. Lead, mentor, retention and motivate high performance project resources for seamless delivery across engagements for all clients, PMP Certified. Collaborate with internal functional organizations like practice/Competency, operations, sales teams to achieve business targets. Experience in software development, testing and delivery of complex software projects in the domains of automotive development and/or testing Have executed software projects/programs of 3 M$ or more Have experience in managing customer escalations independently Have thorough understanding and experience of managing projects in conventional and agile development environment Have led a team of at least 100+ engineers of multiple technology domains / disciplines
