As an Analyst/Consultant specializing in SAP S4 HANA Platforms in the Automotive industry, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional individuals, utilize cutting-edge technologies, and partner with leading companies across various sectors. The Automotive Practice at Accenture offers a diverse range of expertise in areas such as Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, SAP Transformation, Service Process Excellence, Connected Vehicles, Process Automation & Digitization, and Industry Analytics. As a part of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering solutions to complex client challenges across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape. Key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating as part of the Intelligent Functions team to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment - Providing subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on SAP market trends and technologies - Serving as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and contributing to end-to-end proposal requests - Engaging with clients to understand their needs, define solutions, and develop implementation roadmaps - Creating innovative solution designs that leverage Accenture's service offerings - Supporting business development activities by shaping solution plans and delivery approaches for SAP transformations - Ensuring seamless integration with various ERP solutions, including SAP, and conducting proof of concepts as needed To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate: - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively - Proficiency in project management and the ability to lead projects independently - Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment that values continuous innovation - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a global organization - Analytical capabilities to address complex challenges and derive data-driven insights - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Cross-cultural competence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting - Experience working with key stakeholders both onshore and onsite This position requires 2-6 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA MM/Ariba/FICO/PPDS/VMS/SPP/SD/PP/QM/eWM/IBP, with a focus on SAP delivery engagements. Prior experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and automotive verticals is highly desirable, along with a track record of success in client-facing roles.
