Qualifications

Experience in Automotive Repairs, Service Advising, and knowledge of vehicle body components
Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and technicians effectively
Proficiency in using repair scheduling systems and handling customer inquiries
Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess damage and recommend appropriate repair solutions
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate repair records
Prior experience in automotive service or repair facilities is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
