Automobile Technician – Car Dealership Location: Pune [ Bavdhan / Wagoli ] Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years (Automobile dealership/service center experience preferred) Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills) + Overtime/Incentives Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automobile Technician to join our authorized car dealership workshop. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle servicing, repair, and maintenance. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring vehicles are serviced to manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled servicing and routine maintenance on passenger vehicles. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately. Carry out repairs including brake work, clutch, suspension, engine tuning, etc. Ensure proper usage of tools and equipment. Maintain service quality and follow company safety procedures. Update job cards and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Collaborate with the workshop supervisor and service advisors. Report spare part requirements to inventory/parts team. Ensure cleanliness of the work bay and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. 1 to 5 years of experience working as a technician in a car dealership or authorized service center. Sound knowledge of vehicle systems (mechanical/electrical/hydraulics). Ability to use diagnostic tools and service manuals. Willingness to work in a fast-paced workshop environment. Team player with a professional and safety-first approach.
