Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle, while also staying up-to-date- on industry trends and vehicle features.
Focuses on selling vehicles, within the dealership or showroom environment.
Involves advice and guidance to customers on vehicle selection, financing, and other related aspects.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers, handling enquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiating prices and terms with customers to finalize sales.
KRA:-
Must have atleast of 2 years experience into automobile industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to take preassure and achieve targets.
