You will serve as the ambassador of our product River Indie Responsible for engaging the customers walking into our store and maintaining the best google ratings. Addressing any questions related to River, our product Indie, ranging from the specs, performance and accessories Building strong rapport with customers and maintaining customer experience as per predefined standards Guide the customer through to place Pre- orders and for the final payment after follow-up if needed Ensure the customer is acquired with all the information and capture the customer feedback and work continuously on improving the customer experience. Stay updated with the industry information and competitor offerings.
