We re looking for an Automation Workflow Developer who is passionate about building smart, scalable, and maintainable workflow automations. The ideal candidate will be adept at using visual automation platforms such as n8n, Activepieces, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) to connect systems, automate repetitive processes, and integrate APIs.

This role involves designing and maintaining automated workflows across internal and client systems - spanning CRMs, ERPs, marketing platforms, databases, and cloud services. You ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to deliver automation-first solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability.

2 to 3 years of experience in building workflow automations using tools such as n8n

Key Skills Required for this Job

Proven experience with
one or more workflow automation tools
(n8n, Activepieces, Make, Zapier).
Strong understanding of
REST APIs
,
webhooks
, and
OAuth 2.0 authentication flows
.
Proficiency in
JavaScript
or
Python
for scripting and API testing.
Familiarity with
JSON
,
HTTP methods
, and
API debugging tools
(Postman, Insomnia, etc.).
Basic understanding of
cloud infrastructure
(AWS / GCP / Azure) and
Docker-based deployments
.
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for process optimization.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using visual tools (e.g., n8n, Activepieces, Zapier, Make).
Integrate multiple SaaS platforms and APIs including authentication, data transformation, and error handling.
Develop
custom API integrations
or custom nodes where required.
Collaborate with backend developers to connect automations with internal systems or microservices.
Implement monitoring, logging, and retry mechanisms for automation reliability.
Optimize workflows for scalability, cost-efficiency, and fault tolerance.
Document workflows, API schemas, and operational procedures.
Maintain a library of reusable automation templates and integration assets.
