Automation Testing(Selenium)

Role Overview: You will be working as an IT Quality Analyst 2, where you will apply specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. Your responsibilities will include identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, making recommendations, researching factual information, identifying inconsistencies in data, defining business issues, formulating recommendations, and integrating disciplinary knowledge within your specialty area. Key Responsibilities: - Support initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production - Conduct a variety of process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments - Document findings, prepare nonconformance reports, and track nonconformance items to ensure resolution before project moves to production - Create and maintain testing verification matrices, gather, maintain, and report on quality metrics, and verify traceability in project work products - Exhibit a good understanding of procedures and concepts within your technical area, make evaluative judgments, and resolve problems by identifying solutions - Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way, recognizing audience diversity - Perform other duties and functions as assigned - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions Qualifications: - 3-6 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry preferred - Strong expertise in Automation testing using selenium, java, cucumber - Understanding of QA within Software Development environment - Logical analysis skills and problem-solving abilities - Proven ability to work to deadlines - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team - Experience in Designing & Executing test cases Additional Details: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
