About the Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who thrives on ownership, challenges assumptions, and ensures delivery readiness in a complex, large-scale enterprise environment. This isn’t a “click-and-test” QA role — it’s about engineering quality into every release, anticipating issues before they reach users, and driving the delivery lifecycle with conviction. If you believe quality starts where excuses stop, this role is for you. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end quality for a large enterprise product built on microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.

Deep dive into APIs — design, test, break, and stress them until they’re production-tough.

Partner closely (and sometimes clash productively) with developers to challenge design decisions and ensure stability.

Push back on builds that don’t meet quality gates — and defend that decision with data.

Identify, highlight, and communicate blockers early, driving teams toward resolution.

Define and maintain test strategies for high-impact releases.

Automate regression and integration tests across complex service chains.

Ensure observability — logs, metrics, alerts — are part of the QA feedback loop.

Drive quality conversations across squads — you’re the conscience of delivery.

________________________________________ Skills & Experience

Strong command of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.)

Experience with microservices testing, distributed tracing, and dependency validation.

Hands-on with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).

Proficient in CI/CD integration, test data management, and release validation.

Solid understanding of system design, HTTP protocols, and JSON/XML structures.

Familiar with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Skilled at analyzing logs, metrics, and APIs to isolate root causes.

Excellent communicator — can challenge constructively and align cross-functional teams.
