Automation Testing-Java/Selenium

As an Automation Testing-Java Selenium professional, you will be responsible for designing and developing test packs for various test cycles, utilizing the right strategy and tools. Your role will involve managing and reporting on all test phases within the Software Test Lifecycle (STLC), including Continuous Integration, Regression, End-to-End (E2E), Functional, and Production parallel and Non-functional. Additionally, you will schedule, execute, and oversee various test cycles while understanding operational processes to enhance operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in Quality Assurance, managing test automation frameworks, release, and defect management. Proficiency in developing frameworks using Java Spring is a key requirement. A solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), and hands-on experience with agile development methodologies is essential. You should also possess expertise in efficient defect management, test coverage analysis for gap identification, and providing enhancements. Experience in developing UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or BDD is crucial. While operational knowledge in Java or other coding languages, UNIX commands, and SQL queries is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, enabling effective communication on both technical and business levels, particularly while collaborating with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
