Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with a strong foundation in automated testing and scripting using JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, NightWatch.JS, Rapise , etc.

Work closely with developers and QA team members to understand application functionality and automate test cases accordingly.

Execute and monitor automated test suites and analyze results to ensure functionality and stability.

Report bugs and track them through to resolution.

Maintain test documentation and ensure test environments are properly configured.

Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in automation testing.

Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript-based automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, NightWatch.JS, Rapise .

Exposure to any automated testing tool such as Selenium or similar.

Good understanding of software development and testing life cycles.

Proficient in English communication – both written and verbal.

Educational Qualification: BE / MCA / BCA / MSc / Diploma / or equivalent in a relevant field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Early joiners will be given preference.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Knowledge of CI/CD integration with automation frameworks.
