Job description Position: QA Engineer Experience: 6-10 years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Work from office (mon-fri) Shift: 1 pm to 10 pm About Us: Vensure Employer Solutions is a leading HRMS/HRIS company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that shape the future of the industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in Cypress automation to join our growing team and ensure the highest standards of quality across our software products. ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and/or product development within an Agile/Scrum environment, with exposure to the full product development lifecycle Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for UI automation is a must Excellent test case writing and execution skills with a keen eye for detail Solid experience in automating end-to-end tests for modern, multi-tiered web-based applications Proficient in manual and automated API testing (Postman required; automation with JavaScript preferred) Understanding of QA methodologies and best practices, including testing for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and accessibility Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar tools Strong skills in test planning and documentation, including test strategies, test cases, and defect reports Proven ability to troubleshoot issues independently and provide detailed analysis Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities Experience contributing to and leading process improvement initiatives within QA teams Experience in testing applications backed by relational databases; strong SQL query writing skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
