Automation Tester - Software Quality Assurance

As an experienced Programmer and/or Automation Tester, you will be required to have good technical skills in C#, .NET, Selenium, and Python. Your experience in using Selenium or other functional test automation tools will be crucial in this role. You should be a self-starter who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you should be experienced, able, and keen to work using Agile development methodologies. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential, along with experience in test tracking tools and proficiency in source code management tools such as Git or SVN. Familiarity with and/or accreditation in AWS or similar Cloud technology will be a plus. Preferred Skills & Experience: - Strong CI/CD build and automation pipeline knowledge - Experience with containerization and related technologies - SEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing/ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation, Advanced, or Practitioner Level is desirable - Understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery methodology - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written - Ability to handle your work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision - Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active demeanor to work - Driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization - Experience with JIRA and Confluence Education & Professional Skills: - BE/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or STEM degree (Desirable) - Solid English reading/writing capability required - Good communication & articulation skills - Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking, and initiative-taking Please note that this job requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment to deliver quality results in a dynamic setting.,
