Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Tester to join our QA team. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our software products. You will work closely with developers and other QA team members to identify and resolve defects, contributing to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation testing principles and experience with Selenium, Protractor, Mocha, Cucumber, and Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Protractor, Mocha, Cucumber, and Java.
• Participate in requirements analysis and design reviews to understand the testability of features.
• Identify and document software defects using a bug tracking system.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of automation testing frameworks and processes.
• Maintain and update existing automation scripts to accommodate changes in software functionality.
• Collaborate with other QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in performance testing and load testing as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium, Protractor, Mocha, Cucumber, and Java.
• Experience with developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
