AUTOMATION TESTER-Mobile &Web

You should have at least 6+ years of experience in test automation for web and mobile applications. Your expertise should include using Selenium with Java for web automation and Appium for mobile automation on Android and iOS. Proficiency in JMeter for performance and load testing is also required. You should be familiar with Cucumber and BDD test frameworks, as well as test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or similar ones. Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar is a must. Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail is expected. Additionally, you should have experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and automated test execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium with Java for web applications. You will also be responsible for implementing and executing Appium-based automation for mobile applications, conducting load and performance testing using JMeter, and working on behavior-driven development (BDD) by implementing and maintaining Cucumber-based test frameworks. Creating and managing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports, defect tracking using JIRA or other tools, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring security and compliance testing are key aspects of this role. Preferred qualifications include experience in AI-driven applications and EdTech platforms, exposure to security testing and compliance standards, knowledge of containerized testing environments like Docker and Kubernetes, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.,
