About the Role

Selenium WebDriver and Java

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using
Selenium WebDriver with Java
.
Build and enhance automation frameworks using
TestNG / JUnit / Maven / Gradle
.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and define test coverage.
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and provide detailed defect reports.
Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines using
Jenkins / GitLab / GitHub Actions
.
Perform regression testing and support continuous testing efforts.
Identify areas for automation improvements and help enhance testing efficiency.
Work with APIs and perform API test automation using tools like
RestAssured / Postman
(optional).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in
Selenium WebDriver
and
Java
.
Good understanding of OOP concepts and Java debugging skills.
Experience with
TestNG/JUnit
,
Maven/Gradle
, and
Git
.
Solid understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Hybrid, Data-driven, BDD).
Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
