Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Integrate automation scripts with test frameworks (e.g. TestNG).
Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
Collaborate with manual testers to identify automation candidates.
Participate in framework design and reusable component development.
Maintain test data and environment configurations.
Report defects and track resolution using tools.
Strong knowledge of Java and OOP concepts.
Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG.
Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Jenkins for CI/CD.
Understanding of locators, XPath, and dynamic element handling.
Understanding of waits, exception handling, and assertion logic.
Exposure to Extent Reports for reporting.
Experience with Page Object Model (POM) and hybrid frameworks.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot automation failures.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
