Troubleshoot basic product-related issues and escalate if needed. 4. Maintain client communication records and feedback in the system. 5. Conduct remote or on-site training during onboarding. 6. Follow up with existing customers for satisfaction and product usage. Sales Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential customers through market research and field visits. 2. Explain and demonstrate ERP products to prospective clients. 3. Build and maintain strong client relationships. 4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 5. Share daily/weekly sales and visit reports with Sale Team Lead. 6. Coordinate with implementation and technical teams post-sales. Preferred candidate profile 1. Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Integrate automation scripts with test frameworks (e.g. TestNG). Execute automated test suites and analyze results. Collaborate with manual testers to identify automation candidates. Participate in framework design and reusable component development. Maintain test data and environment configurations. Report defects and track resolution using tools. Strong knowledge of Java and OOP concepts. Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG. Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Jenkins for CI/CD. Understanding of locators, XPath, and dynamic element handling. Understanding of waits, exception handling, and assertion logic. Exposure to Extent Reports for reporting. Experience with Page Object Model (POM) and hybrid frameworks. Ability to debug and troubleshoot automation failures.
