Technical Skills & Tools

• Proficient in AccelQ, Selenium with Java, and BDD Cucumber for designing and executing automation frameworks.
  
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing and POSTMAN for API automation.
  
• Skilled in executing various testing types: Smoke, Regression, Retesting, Browser Testing, Unit, Functional, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  

Automation Expertise

• Solid grasp of automation strategy, methodology, and standards across diverse projects.
  
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and build scalable workflows and reusable scripts.
  
• Capable of executing automation suites regularly and presenting results during Release Progress Check calls.
  
• Responsible for maintaining and updating automation scripts to align with sprint enhancements and evolving requirements.
  

Team & Agile Experience

• Proven experience in managing QA teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  
• Active contributor in Agile PODs, testing sprint items and driving automation within Agile cycles.
  
• Demonstrates strong task management and prioritization skills in Agile environments.
  
• Conducts training sessions to enhance team capabilities in domain knowledge and automation practices.
  

Documentation & Communication

• Authors comprehensive documentation for workflows, framework usage, pull request (PR) reviews, and result analysis.
  
• Provides daily status reports and actively participates in team meetings and Agile ceremonies.
  
• Recognized for strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to new technologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
